    Idaho is considered a red state. In the federal government, Idaho is represented by two U.S. Senators, Mike Crapo and Jim Risch, and two U.S. Representatives, all of whom are Republicans. Idaho also has a Republican governor, Brad Little, who was reelected in 2022. The state legislature is also controlled by Republicans, who have majorities in both chambers.
